Pricelyst operates as a digital mall concept bringing together trusted businesses under one platform for comparison, discovery, promotion and customer convenience.
Users may use Pricelyst for lawful personal and commercial purposes. Users shall not use Pricelyst for fraudulent, unlawful or unauthorized activities.
Pricelyst endeavors to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information. Prices may change without notice and may differ from actual in-store, online or promotional prices.
Pricelyst does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability or stock levels of any pricing information.
Pricelyst does not guarantee the lowest price in the market and only compares businesses and information available to the platform at the time of search.
Pricelyst may display sponsored content, advertisements, promotions, featured listings and paid placements.
Sponsored content does not constitute an endorsement by Pricelyst.
Advertisers remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of their advertisements.

All pre-orders are subject to retailer acceptance, stock availability, pricing confirmation and operational capacity.
Pricelyst does not guarantee fulfillment of any pre-order.
Pricelyst Errands is an optional assisted shopping and delivery service available only upon customer request.
Pricelyst may compare, advertise, promote, list or facilitate transactions involving:
Users who access and utilize Pricelyst remain users and customers of the Pricelyst platform.
Participation by retailers, advertisers or suppliers does not grant ownership of Pricelyst users.
Personal information shall be handled in accordance with Pricelyst's Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
Pricelyst may contain links or references to third-party websites and services. Pricelyst is not responsible for third-party content, products or services.
All content, trademarks, graphics, logos and platform materials remain the property of Pricelyst or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.
Pricelyst shall not be liable for incorrect pricing, stock shortages, product quality issues, retailer actions, delivery delays or losses arising from purchasing decisions made by users.
Errands service fees may be non-refundable once shopping activities have commenced.
Pricelyst reserves the right to cancel or refuse any request at its discretion.
Pricelyst reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Zimbabwe and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Zimbabwean courts.
